It has been an interesting time. 40th anniversary for the BSc Industrial Design (Technology) degree at Napier Polytechnic, Edinburgh, which was quite unique in its day. We had a great time during the course, from 1979 to 1983.
Interestingly, I had gone there in 1976 when I left school to study the BSc Communication & Electronics. What a year. Mainly in the boozer. Stupid, Yes, but one I’ll never forget.
The Reunion
We had a fantastic day in Edinburgh. Looking around our old studio rooms, evoking great memories. Later crazy golf and a good number of beers! We agreed not to wait so long again and hopefully it will be a regular thing.
All there but three and sadly just before wet, learnt that Joyce had died in 2008. Ross came, who left after 1st year. Great to see him too. Still a magic bond, so like school reunions. You immediately bond again. So looking forward to the next one.
